I cannot untrack items. It’s been happening since launch and gotten worse.

At first it was only two items but now every item on that list in my video cannot be untracked and suffers the same duplication glitch.
Details:
- I’m on Xbox Series X
- When I try to untrack these items, they duplicate on the track list, untracking again removes only the duplicate (see video)
- Untracking via the codex/upgrades screen does not work. It still says “untrack” and the items are still in my track list. This does not duplicate them however.
I’ve had this issue since launch week with a gold and purple item but now it’s spread much worse.
I like to track every item I need for the Codex/Upgrades all at once, so not sure if it’s related to too many items being tracked.
I eventually untrack everything and then re-track what’s left that I still need, but I don’t think this is a factor as I discovered it upon my first attempt to untrack.

We are aware of issues making items unable to be tracked or untrack. We are currently investigating this issue.
