TTK Balance suggestion

I think current TTK in the game is horrible. 
Fights feel like RNG, there is no satisfaciton and no reason to grind past unlocking everything.
I think game should go into 90% 10% loot balance.

Here is list of changes i would make:
Base hp 120>>>145

Base loot lvl white>>>green(delete white armors, white cores, implants, attachments, meds and so on, make the current green the lowest tier)
Reduce ammount of granade slots, to only granade slots(better backpacks will now provide more slots for granades/bubble shields)

all non sniper/shotgun gun dmg reduced by 15%

All snipers and shotguns(except circuit breaker, here 2 is fine if fully charged) rebalanced to need 3 body hits to down someone(3 full pallets for shotguns FULL, miss one part and you need 4 shots)

REMOVE AIM ASSIST FROM BOTH CONTROLLER AND MOUSE AND KEYBOARD IN CROSSPLAY LOBBIES, NONE, ZERO, GONE.

Self revive 1 use>>>multiple uses,  30s cooldown per use, additional self reses do not impact cooldown, separate self res slot.

buff base run and walk speed by 25%

reduce generated heat by 50%

move all game impacting faction unlocks to max of lvl 20, unlock all unique salvage banters from lvl 1.

Introduce fixed spray patterns with no bloom to every gun, attachments still will impact recoil and you will have to learn recoil for every attachment.

Remove all dmg fall off on headshots and buff headshots for precision guns like Magnum(95 on headshot)


In summary:
base hp from 120 + 20 on white to 145 + 40
Max hp from 200 to 225
gun dmg -15%
Shotguns and sniper rebalanced.

What it does ?
Current meta is Vandal/Destroyer/Destroyer, or Vandal/Destroyer/Triage with 5 bubble shields.

Bubble shield is oppressive, but it's only solution to absolute shit job you did balancing the TTK in this game and is only way you can even get revives on some maps if someone is holding the bodies.

Speaking of camping the bodies. Camping bodies should result in penalties, from being globably revealed for 10 minutes for whole server, to getting poisoned dmg and having golden AI spawning on you, that doesn't drop any loot to let players revive their team mates.
