Extracting with temporal fragment granting 0 salvage

Hello,
I have noticed in my many many hours of playing and countless times extracting with the stabilized temporal fragment on dire marsh that not a single one has actually given me the additional salvage that it should. I do not possess the ability to record this to showcase what I mean, but it is very disheartening to say the least. I have extracted with it at least 10 times on Rook, and a few other times on solo/trios but still nothing. Would there be any way to check if this is a bug on my end? or something I can solve? I am a little saddened that I haven't gotten the rewards I should've from this event.

Hello there,
Thank you for your report.

We are aware of an issue where extracting with a stabilized Temporal Fragment on Dire Marsh as Rook only grants credits and no salvage, while other shells on the same account get 1–2 gold salvage from the same event. There are also cases where Temporal Fragment salvage doesn’t appear if the vault/overflow are full, which can make it look like you got nothing. We are currently investigating these issues.

Hello, I'm facing the very same issue where I extracted with a Temporal Fragment apparently worth 4500 credits but I did not get anything meaningful - only 220 credits alongside with the rest of my loot. What is supposed to happen ? Thanks.
