exfil bug marathon
We encountered a bug where we called the exfil at the last few seconds before the last minute timer came up. We all got into the circle with 20 seconds left on the countdown. when we exfilled it says we all got eliminated and we lost all of our gear. I had full loadout of all purples and lost it all even though we exfilled. Please fix this issue and give me my gear back please.

If you are able to record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
