Exfilled with a gold schema for a weapon yesterday and it’s still not available in my armory under schemas
Yesterday afternoon I exfilled with a gold schema for a weapon (one of the volt guns) it’s still not available in the armory under schemas. Pretty annoying.

We understand that you haven't unlocked a weapon in the Armory which corresponds to a schema you exfiled with. This does sound odd to us. If, by any chance, you have screenshots or video footage demonstrating that you had this schema, but didn't unlock its corresponding weapon for purchase, then please consider linking us to those visuals. You can upload them to a site like Imgur or Youtube for this purpose.
Once we have visuals on what you experienced, we'll investigate.
I don’t video record every game I play, that’s insane. Asking for video proof is a bad customer service ask. You have my account data, ho dig through logs and find it. It’s actually weird to ask for video or photographic proof before investigating. I exfilled with a gold gun schema and I expect it to be fixed soon.

While visuals of what you experienced would have been ideal, we taken note of your report.
I’m on xbox and I don’t record my games. I didn’t know that was a requirement in getting the game to work properly. I didn’t even realize this had occurred until well after the fact. Can I expect this to be resolved or should I just ask for a refund?
