Locked in final room of Pinwheel
I ran into the final room with the 4k item is and a lockdown triggered. I tried waiting out the lockdown, but I was eventually forced to kill the bots. That also didn't unlock the room and there was no button go unlock the room. I died with a 12k kit because I accidentally loaded into outpost instead of cryo archive. I would please love a refund if I could. I don't know how to upload pictures, but I took one of the room being locked after I was forced killed and one of my loot that I lost.

In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

If you are able to record a video, please upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look.
The lockdown is opened when all the bots are destroyed and you need to use the commander key on the wall panel. Once we have more information we can investigate this further.
