quests are broken and clearly untested

this quest from mida doesnt allow reactivation, to collect chem grenades from maintenance. If you die during your first time trying this you're just shit out of luck as a player, since bungie apparently did 0 QA testing to make sure softlocks didn't exist., which means you have to buy chem grenades. problem is, if you don't have access to buying chem grenades( and likely won't for a very long time), you just can't do this quest.
