M77 Omnipositor + Biotoxic Disinjector massive RPM boost

- Description of Issue - RPM buff from unique M77 Omnipositor is tranferable to other weapons, causing them to receive a massive RPM boost.
- Rough Date and Time of issue -3/28/2026 ~ 12:45pm EST
- Repro steps - By stacking up the buff from the interval mag on the M77 Omnipositor, switching to the acog scope, and then swapping to another gun, the different gun will get the RPM buff. With x25 stacks and then swapping to the Biotoxic Disinjector, I was able to shoot 1000 rounds of ammo in like than 3 seconds.
