Cryo security tags dissappearing, causes us to not be able to exfil

Username: Eregt#2233 (teammates: Digitalis#7295 and Valence7#6149) Platform: PS5 (Valence7 I think was on XBox) Description: We were getting ready to exfil from Cryo but needed 2 more security tags in order to properly exfil on time. Unable to find other players we resorted to finding commanders and looting the tags off of their bodies, however any time we tried interacting with the bag it would immediately disappear before we had any time to grab anything from it. One of the bodies glicthed into a spot making it completely impossible to even access the loot. This continued for the remainder of the match until the final exfil activated in which we finally found the 2 remaining tags but by that time it was too late causing us to die and lose all of our stuff. If possible we would greatly appreciate it if we could atleast get our loadout that we brought into the run, not any of the loot we gathered, just our starting kit that we unfortunately lost due to a bug outside of our control. Time: this happened around 1am EST, March 28th, 2026. it was our last Cryo run before we switched over to Outpost Videos, all from my (Eregt) POV: (Video 1) Kill the commander and go to loot body, as soon as the tag appears in the loot pool I get kicked out of the container.
