Crashed while Exfilling from Cryo Archive

Description of issue: Had been running towards my extraction site with my team mates with 37 seconds left on the timer when the game froze and crashed preventing me from reaching the extract. I managed to get back in, but did not have enough time to reach a secondary extract before the end of the round. I lost a full loadout consisting of a blue Bully SMG and a blue V75 Scar, along with all blue implants except for a purple head implant, two purple lore pieces, a purple V11 Punch and various other items along with desperately needed shield charges and health packs. This is something that has happened multiple times throughout my play time of the game. 

It is becoming quite disheartening, and is beginning to make me think I cannot even enjoy running Cryo Archive if I have to worry about crashing and losing all my equipment while extracting. 

update: Has happened twice more since I wrote this. Once more on Cryo, and again on Outpost as a Rook.
