Failed Exfil Despite being inside safe zone in Cryo

MysticXDragon15#0297 PlayStation 5 While on an activated Exfil in Cryo Archives we had reached a waiting point of overtime, me and one of my friends made it into the safe zone in time with one of us making it way after as the timer on the Exfil had glitched. I had stepped into the safe zone at roughly 6 seconds on the timer, and waited for my team to make it onto Exfil. After the timer had glitched out, rather than a safe Exfil I had lost my gear and it says I had failed despite making it into the circle on time. This happened roughly 15 minutes ago, at 10:20 pm March 27th 2026. Provided is a link to a video that shows the bug, as well as the gear I had lost in hopes I am able to get it returned.
