CA Gold Key template does not share with fireteam on successful extract without being downed.

• Description of Issue - Cryo Archive's gold key template found in vaults does not share the key to all players in fireteam, when the description indicates that it should.
• Rough Date and Time of issue - Extracted roughly at 9:00 pm CST Mar. 27
• Repro steps - Open vault in CA -> Find CA Gold Key Shared template -> Extract without being downed -> check vaults of the players NOT holding the key -> keys missing

This has happened multiple times, and the item directly says that all members of the team get a key, but this has not been the case even once. Only the player with the template gets a key. Our vaults were not full.
