Black Screen after changing Render Resolution

Description of Issue - All 3D scenes turn black after changing Render Resolution value.
Rough Date and Time of issue - 4 PM CDT / 27 March 2026
Repro steps - While attempting to follow the Marathon PC Performance Guide, after setting my Render Resolution to 33% (which is lowest the slider will go, even though the guide says to lower to 25%), then raising the slider to any value higher than 33% while remaining in the "Custom" Resolution Scaling mode results in a completely black view of the active 3D environment ("orbit" menu backgrounds, live gameplay, but not menu/gameplay UI elements). Switching to any other Resolution Scaling option resolves the issue.
