Lost all my loot after exfil as if I disconnected
Successfully exfilled with the team, one of teammates already DCed and I was spectating another player in a match. Got a bunch of warnings and lost all looted gear after returning to lobby

Thank you for reaching out and reporting this issue.
We are aware of issues where, in some cases, players can successfully exfil but then hit network/service problems on the way back to the lobby and lose their run as if they disconnected (including cases that show in‑game warnings or a “Continue Waiting?”-style screen before dropping you back to lobby with no rewards). What you describe — a teammate DC, you spectating, then warnings and losing everything on return to lobby — lines up with that behavior.
We are currently investigating this issue.
We can’t manually restore gear or rerun rewards on individual accounts for this; they’re handled automatically by the game systems, not case‑by‑case.
Your report (and especially your clip) is still very valuable for helping the team track down and fix these exfil / disconnect edge cases.

My friends and I went through a cryo lobby, looted everything, but lost all of our loot on a black screen to an error connection code: anteater.
