Missing Compiler Completion Runner Skins
Hey recently cleared the cryo archive compiler but didn't receive the skin, I am wondering if only the one member who deals the final blow gets it.

The Compiler-themed runner skins aren’t intended to only go to the person who lands the final blow. They’re tied to account‑wide unlocks that track completing the Compiler encounter with a given runner and successfully exfilling, not kill credit on the boss.
A couple of things to double‑check:
Make sure you fully exfilled after the kill on that run (if the crew wipes, disconnects, or times out after the kill, the unlock may not register).
Check the Codex and your runner customization:
Codex → Cryo Archive → challenges/entries tied to Vault 7 / Compiler.
Customize → the runner you used → skins tab, in case it unlocked but didn’t surface a big popup.
If you’re confident you killed the Compiler, exfilled, and still don’t see the skin for the runner you used, that’s not expected. In that case, adding:
Your platform (Steam/Epic/Xbox/PS5),
Your Bungie name,
Approximate date/time + timezone of the clear, and
Whether any disconnects or errors happened between the kill and exfil
If you are able to record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look.
This will help the team investigate why the unlock didn’t grant properly.

Session & Account Details:
Bungie Name: iAirsick#8705
Platform: Steam
Clear Date/Time: March 27th, ~12:00 AM (Midnight) Aproximate Time
Timezone: CST (Mexico)
The Issue: My crew successfully exfilled without errors, but the skin only unlocked for one teammate.
Proof of Completion:
Codex Verification: My Cryo Archive entry (attached) confirms a successful Compiler clear and exfil.
Stash Items: I have attached a screenshot of Compiler-specific loot currently in my stash from that run.
Video Evidence: I have video of my vault and codex entries ready to provide if needed (no video attachment option was available here).
Since my account clearly reflects the completion and exfil through the Codex and loot, could you please manually grant the missing skin?
