The green and white materials in vault have mysteriously disappeared

- Description of Issue - After evacuation, all green and white materials in the vault will be reset to zero, except for those obtained from the battle. As shown in the image, all my materials have been reset to zero; this issue isn’t limited to tracked materials, but seems to be related to quality. Blue materials are unaffected.

Hello, yes, the items have indeed disappeared. I logged in today and discovered something even worse: while I wasn’t playing the game, the number of items in my account and my mission progress had changed. I'm not sure if someone logged into my account or if this is some kind of data cross-referencing issue. Could you take a look at this for me?
