Vault 06 progression item clipped into the floor after being dropped, blocking pickup and Codex progress despite successful extract

Description of Issue:
Our trio successfully opened and completed Cryo Archive Vault 06.
During the run, I legitimately picked up the Vault 06 progression item (AI Subroutine / Cryo 06 item). My teammate Redacted4301#4301 then asked me to drop it so he could show it to his Twitch audience on stream and pick it up himself. After I dropped it, the item became stuck/clipped into the floor and could no longer be picked up.
An Alien Alloy was also lying next to it, and that item also became impossible for us to recover from the floor.
We spent a long time trying to pick both items back up. During that time, another team arrived. We fought them, won the encounter, and then continued trying to recover the items, but neither of them could be picked up.
Because of this bug, we were unable to recover the Vault 06 item even though we had already legitimately completed Vault 06 and successfully obtained the item during the activity before dropping it. We then went to exfil and successfully extracted from the location.
As a result, we did not receive the Codex progression / achievement / access that should have been awarded from a successful Vault 06 completion and extract. We believe we would have received it if the item had not clipped into the floor because of this bug.
This request is being made because the activity was completed successfully, the progression item was legitimately obtained, and the only reason we could not finish the progression state properly was a bug in the game’s item interaction/physics. The rarity of the required key makes this especially frustrating and costly to reproduce.

- PST: approximately 12:24 PM–12:40 PM PST
- Pacific local time on that date: approximately 1:24 PM–1:40 PM PDT

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter Cryo Archive and successfully open/complete Vault 06.
2. Pick up the Vault 06 progression item.
3. Drop the item on the ground so another teammate can view or pick it up.
4. The item clips into the floor and becomes impossible to pick up again.
5. Continue attempting to interact with the item, but it remains stuck and cannot be recovered.
6. Nearby loot (in this case, Alien Alloy) may also become unrecoverable from the floor in the same area.
7. Extract successfully, but do not receive the expected Codex progression / access because the progression item could not be recovered due to the bug.
Actual Result:
The Vault 06 progression item clipped into the floor after being dropped and could not be picked up again by any player. An Alien Alloy next to it also could not be recovered from the floor. We successfully completed the activity and successfully extracted, but we did not receive the expected Codex progression / access because the item became permanently inaccessible due to the bug.
Expected Result:
Dropping the Vault 06 progression item should not cause it to clip into the floor or become permanently non-interactable. If a team successfully completes Vault 06, legitimately obtains the progression item during the run, and successfully extracts, the related Codex progression / achievement / access should be awarded. Loot on the floor in that area, including Alien Alloy, should also remain recoverable.
Additional Context:
This happened live during a stream and was witnessed by our Twitch audiences. We have video evidence showing:
1. That I legitimately picked up the Vault 06 progression item and dropped it for my teammate.
2. That the item and the nearby Alien Alloy became stuck / unrecoverable from the floor.
3. That we successfully extracted in that same run after completing the activity.
Request:
We respectfully ask Bungie to review this run and, if possible, credit all three affected accounts for the Vault 06 completion / Codex progression / access that was blocked by this bug.
