Cryo exfil bug - No exfil terminal appeared on map

Repro steps - Activate scanner on Cryo Archive with any Security Clearance level

In this video, you will see:
- We were Security Clearance level 3
- I activated a scanner and performed a Level 3 Cryo Archive Scan
- No Exfil terminal icon appeared on overhead map
- An Exfil terminal icon appeared on screen on top of the map
- You cannot reach the bugged Exfil terminal icon no matter how high you climb, even if you take Labs elevator
- Activating the scanner again will make the bugged on-screen icon disappear/reappear
This is a critical bug that can cause a whole trio to lose all their gears and loot. What is the point of taking Cryo offline if you can't fix a simple bug before you bring it back on again?
