Toxin bug outpost
My friend and I were killed by the infinite gas in the last room of the pin wheel.
The timer showed 0:14 until it was supposed to expire, but nothing happened. Another thing is that I received a debuff just as the gas was leaving the room.

Thank you for your report and additional screenshot.
We are aware of this issue with toxin and have multiple reports where players on Outpost can get stuck with a permanent toxin debuff that never falls off and eventually kills the whole team. We are currently investigating this issue.
Will you compensate for lost items due to the bug or is that not something to be hoped for?
I’m really sorry you lost that gear, especially when it was because of a bug and not a mistake on your part.
Unfortunately, Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
We don’t have a way to manually restore or reimburse specific items or loadouts on individual accounts, even when a bug or disconnect is involved.
What we can do is use your report to help fix the underlying issue so other players (and you in future runs) don’t hit it again.
My team just ran into this.
Keeps happening with me constantly, already completed the quest...
