UESC Recruits may get stuck into eachother

- Description of Issue - Two UESC Recruits were floating on their routes, guarding, on top of the roof of Quarantine on Dire Marsh. Then their routes collided and they got stuck. They were unable to move. They hadn't seen me. I didn't disturb them after the recording.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - March of 15th.
- Reproduction steps -
Below may or may not give the exact same result. They are merely reproduction of my work.
- Load into Dire Marsh.
- Climb on to the roof of the main building on Quarantine. [Optional]
- Make sure there are two UESC Recruits guarding the area.
- Observe them without alerting them.

Thank you for your report and video.
We are aware of issues with UESC recruits on/near the Quarantine roof getting stuck, wall-grinding, or freezing in place. We are currently investigating this issue.
