Issue when exiting out of game
I tried uninstalling the game then reinstalling and the issue stopped for a couple days but now it came back. Seems minimal since when exiting out of the game but still wanted to make sure to point it out as I couldn't find a similar issue to mine.

That dialog is a generic Windows access-violation crash: the game tried to read from memory address 0x0 (null) while shutting down. It doesn’t usually mean anything is wrong with your hardware or files, especially if it only happens after you’ve already exited a session.
Because it’s on exit only and a reinstall only helped briefly, this is almost certainly on the game side rather than something you can permanently fix yourself.
You can try the usual quick checks (they sometimes reduce or clear exit-crash frequency):
Verify/repair game files in Steam/Epic/launcher.
Update GPU drivers and Windows.
Temporarily disable overlays (Discord, GeForce Experience, MSI Afterburner, etc.) and any screen-recording/overlay tools.
If you use overlays or 3rd-party tools, test a few exits with only the game running.
