Marathon massive amounts of lag and rubberbanding despite stable internet.
I've been playing Marathon since the server slam and it has quickly become one of my favorite games. Last week, however I started having massive lag issues after a perfect experience performance-wise. Sometimes the game runs fine and I have no issues but more often than not I experience extreme lag that locks my character movement for 10-45 seconds at a time, rendering the game unplayable. I have monitored my wifi throughput in task manger every time I play the game, it is always normal. My voice connectivity in discord is also unaffected while I am lagging. my brother lives with me and also plays the game with no connection issues. My gpu usage stays around a stable %40-50 when I'm playing the game as well. I feel like I've tried everything I can and nothing has worked. I AM LOVING this game and all I want to do is play it more. Here is a list of things I've tried: Turning off game dvr, removing Norton from my computer, updating my wifi drivers, turning off controlled feature rollout, Verifying game files, and reinstalling the game. I am currently trying to get my Apartment admin to come fix our ethernet ports because none of the ones in our unit work and MAYBE a wired connection will fix it.
