Bug on Final exfil outpost

- Description of Issue - I was at the final extract of Outpost with my team, I had purple shields and a cryo key. They extracted, I got the run complete screen and was eliminated. I was standing next to my teammates and they say I was too. Can I have my loot back please? I don't mind the death, I just lost my first pinnacle loot to what I see as a bug.

We understand you were eliminated, despite successfully exfiling. This does sound odd to us, and we can imagine the impact of such an incident. By any chance, do you have a recording of what you experienced? If you do, then please consider uploading it to a site like Youtube, and linking us to it here. We'll then review this incident.
I do not have a recording of it but I was with 2 friends. I should have clipped it but haven’t set up my pc to record. I am sorry what else can I provide?

While a recording would have helped, we have all the same taken note of your report concerning what you experienced.
So there's no chance of getting my loot back? What makes this so frustrating is that I had 4 things I never got before (looted command wing for the first time, first cryo key - also pinnacle, and and enduring HMG I was going to sell the moment I got out cause I managed to put purple attachments on it. I also had materialist going and so the loss really is a bit of a kick in the teeth cause it felt like all the work was for absolutely nothing.
Thanks for looking into it, I'm very disappointed nothing could be returned to me.
