Doors closed for my client, open for others

Doors are often closed on my screen, while being open for other players & bots. The model & collision will be closed for me, but the prompt when approaching displays "close door". When closing the locally-closed door, the animation skips to the fully open state, then closes normally.
This is pretty gamebreaking because enemy players and UESC are able to see, shoot, and move through doors that are closed for my client. It does look like UESC attacks collide with doors when I've tested it, but they are able to track me through them.
Consistently reproducible by traveling far across maps where other players have left doors open, or by joining ongoing matches as Rook.
My graphics quality settings are set to minimal across the board. I saw no difference in the frequency of this with terrain detail increased to medium.

We are aware of this door desync issue and are currently investigating.
Just dropping by to say I am also encountering this issue, it has given me a lot of grief. The door issue seemed to start with the update unlocking cryo archive, at first I thought it was maybe a cute little Durandal nod, but it's persisted and caused me to alert enemies, get killed, shut doors on teammates, and be shut out of open key rooms.
