Missing Marathon Collector’s Edition Digital Items

Can someone assist me with the digital items included in the Marathon Collector’s Edition? I received the codes via email and entered them correctly on the redemption page. The redemptions appear in my redemption history, but I never received the items in-game.

    Did you check your mail in-game for the rewards?

  • I believe so, but it's possible that I may have deleted them.

    When I attempted to delete my in-game messages, the messages on-screen never disappeared after holding X to delete them, but they were still being deleted. For instance, I was trying to delete several of my "returned gear" messages. After holding X to delete a message, the message didn't disappear. Initially, I thought it was just another "returned gear" message (since I had several back-to-back), so I kept holding X to delete them. I later realized there was an issue and ended up deleting nearly all of my messages.

    I never received the Collector's Edition emblem or background, so it's possible that I may have deleted them.

    We sent the deluxe rewards multiple time in the mail, and told players to not delete it.   • I’m nearly certain they were never received because I read all of my inbox messages. I noted the deletion glitch in case you guys might not be aware. It was a mistake to say the problems were related.
