Spontaneous Death & Extraction Loss - Dire Marsh - Bio Research Lab Area

Description of the issue: I experienced a critical bug in Dire Marsh that resulted in an instant, spontaneous death followed by a complete loss of high-tier loot, even though my teammates successfully extracted my gear.

Steps to reproduce / Incident details:

1. Key Bug: Deployed with a Bio Research Lab Key (Purple). Upon spawning (NW of Bio-Research), the key icon did not appear on the map, though the room was accessible.

2. Environmental Bug: While moving through the structure near the walkway connecting to Complex, I stepped onto a specific section of the roof. My character immediately became unresponsive (frozen in place).

3. Spontaneous Death: Without taking any damage from players or NPCs, my character died instantly.

4. Session Error: The game automatically treated the death as if I had "Quit" the run. I was sent to the main menu without the option to be revived by my team or to reconnect.

Team Details: I was playing in a full squad. My teammates were:

Loot & Extraction Issue: I was carrying full Purple gear (Shield/Armor), a Bio Research Lab Key, and a Bully with heavy ammo. My teammates managed to pick up my main items and successfully extracted with them. However, none of these items were returned to my inbox/postmaster after the match concluded.

Conclusion: I am a huge fan of Marathon and I’m happy to help identify these map/server issues, but losing several hours of progress to a "ghost death" and a failure in the item return system is very discouraging.

Is there any way for the technical team to verify this match via logs? Also, is there a way to get in direct contact with a support agent to discuss the possibility of recovering the lost items that were confirmed as extracted by my squad?
