Description of Issue - after looting the chem grenades from the UESC stockpile in maintenance, I died on my way to finish the quest. After starting another run the box is now not lootable, Thief visor shows it as being blue and the quest ping is still there but unable to get more chem grenades.
Rough Date and Time of issue - 3/24/26 5:00pm PST
Repro steps -
1.complete step one of RUN & HIDE [1/6] and loot the chem grenades.
2. die
3. attempt to access the UESC stockpile box in maintenance again
