When another runner approaches my screen, the game completely freezes!
Whenever another runner comes into my view or starts shooting, my game completely freezes for 2 seconds. I keep dying every single time because of this. I've tried disabling FSR, lowering the game settings, and even turning off the Anti-Lag feature, but absolutely nothing fixes the issue. Please help me out, it's completely ruining my enjoyment of the game. This started happening after the Cryo update. I'm using an AMD GPU. The exact same problem also happens when I activate the Thief visor.

We'd first recommend, if you haven't already, to try verifying your game file integrity through Steam, and ensuring your drivers, BIOS, and Windows are all up-to-date.

I've tried all of these, but the issue persists. It happens almost every time an opponent appears on my screen at close range or starts firing.
This bug is also happening to me as well. I have a several clips of it happening. It primarily happens when I peak someone with Thief's X-ray active. However, i run the game on medium settings with a 6950XT. The game shouldnt be freezing after peeking someone like this.
