Shell loadout UI sticking info

GENERAL UI BUGS:
The loadout UI sometimes displays the incorrect shell stats across all different shells as if it is stuck on a specific shell, therefore not displaying correct information.
Also, the same issue when browsing through the vault and navigating through all the vault tabs inventory. The subject headers of the vault can get stuck on (example) consumables or keys even while switching through.
