UPDATE! this is an update to my issue with trying to use medical consumables while holding the knife.

using controller; when holding knife, using medical consumables with right trigger, activates a light knife attack rather than using the item. prior to this report i made a report stating that it was rook affected by this, but it is actually all runners.
the work around i use is either holding a gun, OR if you select ;your medical consumable with the wheel, and LIGHTLY press the right trigger to activate the consumable, it will work as intended. BUT this is not optimal because in the middle of battle i tend to slam my trigger to heal, and doing a knife attack is detremental.

I was just about to post this but I'm playing on PC on mouse/keyboard ! Sometimes when holding the knife, pressing the quick heal/recharge key does not work, I have to swap to a weapon.
