Error Stingray unresolved since launch

Dear Bungie,
I am forced to open a new post because I have zero help on my previous one.
I bought the game on launch on xbox serie X and it never worked. Yes I have read all the help you provide on this forum, no it doesn't help.
I tried every trick possible to make it work, I also contacted Microsoft support. They are 100% sure that it comes from your side.

I really tried it all but it is clearly a problem of authentification of my account from your side. Could you please provide some help or at least tell me if you guys have some known unresolved issue that you are currently working on.

EDIT: I tried to reinstall my Destiny 2 just to try and I have the exact same error. Super weird as I have been playing in and out Destiny 2 for like 10 years and it always worked perfectly. Please help.
