Exit lag and Middle East routing

Hi, I play from the Middle East and I have a few questions Is MENA servers even planned to be a thing? Will I be banned for using exit lag as I have been having issue with routing to far EU services (which is common in other games) but since I can’t choose a closer region am considering using a vpn to try Singapore servers. In apex the difference for me between eu and Singapore servers are 250 vs 85. Checking the activity monitor for network activity marathon latency is about 250~ Will I be banned to if I try using exit lag so I can try out Singapore servers? my ISP has especially bad routing to EU Gunfights and esp cryo has been so disadvantageous
