Stuck in a Room inside the Mesh on Outpost

After finishing a Rook inside the Side Vents with Ladders on the Entrance of Pinwheel I got glitched through a wall and I am now inside the Room behind the Ladder. I got purple shield and everything and i cant get out, tried everything to get out but seems like its coded like a normal room with all the borders.

    Hey there.

    Thank you for reporting

Could you provide us with those informations?

    Bungie Account Name -

    Platform -

Rough Date and Time of issue -

Would you also be able to provide a video of this issue occurring? Uploading to a public video hosting site like YouTube works best.

    Thanks!

  • I guess thats an automated AI Response, cause all the requested data is completely self explanatory.
-I was talking in the present so the time is the exact time i posted this
-My Account Name is in the bottom left
    - And having M&K Keybinds on the UI also strongly suggests that I'm playing on PC/Steam (also my steam is directly linked to my bungie acc)

Requesting that users upload a video of the issue to a public platform like YouTube can unfortunately create several problems:

    • Privacy concerns: Many users are uncomfortable uploading recordings of their device or workflow to a public website. Even if the video is unlisted, it still involves trusting a third-party platform with potentially sensitive information.
    • Additional effort and complexity: Recording a video, creating or logging into a YouTube account, uploading the file, waiting for processing, and then sharing the link adds several extra steps that are unrelated to the actual support request.
    • User experience issues: For many users, especially less technical ones, this process can feel cumbersome and discouraging. It may reduce the likelihood that they provide the information at all.
    • Platform restrictions: In some environments (work devices, corporate networks, schools, or restricted regions), access to YouTube or other public hosting services may be blocked.
    • Time consumption: Uploading and processing videos can take a significant amount of time, particularly with slower internet connections.
    • Data sensitivity: Screen recordings may unintentionally capture personal data, account information, or other confidential details.

Because of these factors, requiring a public upload can be perceived as unnecessarily inconvenient and not very user-friendly. Providing an option to upload the video directly through a support channel or allowing alternative methods (e.g., file attachments) would likely create a smoother experience for users.

    Best regards.
