Bug Report - Unable to loot

- Description of Issue - After downing an enemy in the coolant pond on top of the building next to intersection (Dire Marsh) the enemy crawled next to the pond wall and died, resulting in their loot inventory spawning partially in the structure and not allowing us to loot the body.
