Can’t get past Sign in

On ps5 I bought the game last night and since installation and now I can’t get past the sign in butterfly. After some time I’ll be lucky if I can receive an error message to actually know what’s going on. When it does it just says marathon servers are not available and the for an error code it gives me S:1:817B1100. I’ve tried some of the stuff on the FAQ but I don’t think it works.

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues signing in. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Full restart your PS5, 
    • Power your PS5 fully off (not Rest Mode), wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on. Launch Marathon again and try signing in.
    1. Check PSN & game service status
    • Check PlayStation Network Service Status for your region. Also check marathonthegame.com or Bungie Help social channels for any ongoing outage info.
    1. Network reset
    • Power-cycle your modem or router (unplug 30–60 seconds, plug back in). Once internet is back, test another online game to confirm it connects, then try Marathon again.
    1. Sign-out / sign-in on PS5
    • On PS5: Settings → Users and Accounts → Sign Out. Reboot the console, sign back into your PSN account, then start Marathon.
    • Try another network (if possible)
