Frequent crashing without hot fix
I, as well as many others, have been experiencing constant game crashes since the update released almost a full week ago now. I was hoping there would be something to help counteract this within the first 3 days of the update being out. I am unsure as to what changed in the code that now breaks the game across not just pc, but even consoles, and I am hoping that a fix will drop tomorrow.
Here are my specs:
Processor; Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 285K (3.70 GHz)
Installed RAM; 96.0 GB
Graphics card; NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080
I hope any of this helps, because I am eager to keep playing Marathon!
Thanks, Team!

Hello there,
Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you've been having stability issues after the most recent patch. We received some reports of this issue and other players have suggested that installing the newest BIOS update from your motherboard manufacturer should resolve the issue. I've included a link to a thread where a fellow player has provided step-by-step instructions.
If you continue to have issues despite these steps and despite installing the correct BIOS update, please provide us with a copy of your DxDiag. You can copy and paste it over on PasteBin and provide us with the link.
I am experiencing the same thing. I've tried reinstalling the game, but that didn't help.
Same thing on XBOX. Powers off and def doesnt seem like its good for the system. Gamebreaking bug.
If anyone is still looking at this, unfortunately, the fix that was provided did work. Fortunately, its not that complicated, just a little daunting. Hopefully we can get our console brothers back in action soon.
