Inventory wiped after successful exfil
Solo on outpost
Successfully exfiled in the pinwheel, but my entire inventory was missing and none of the items transferred to my vault.
Did not receive any error codes or disconnect. It was as if failed to exfil, but I was shown the successful exfil screen and end game report.
I do not have a screen recording

If this issue happens again, would you be able to provide a video of this issue occurring? Uploading to a public video hosting site like YouTube works best.

Unfortunately, I don't record my screen while playing the game. Is there any other way of finding out how my inventory was empty after a successful exfil? Is it possible to at least see that I did exfil successfully and with what items?
