twitch drops
I had everything correctly connected and yet I only got one out of the three things I was supposed to receive from the cryo drops. I havent gottent the icon nor did I get the banner. Please help fix this as I have done everything correctly and don't understand why they are not showing up on my account.

If you have not already, please view our help page for Twitch Drops to verify that your account was linked correctly.
If you have already gone through the steps in our guide, please share screenshots of your Twitch Drops & Rewards Inventory and let us know exactly which drops have not been received in-game.
I did view the help page and did everything according to what was asked of me even prior to claiming these rewards. Here is a screenshot of the claimed rewards and I can provide a screenshot of my twitch username as well as proof that it has been connected.
