Can I refund the game on Steam without losing Deluxe content?

Hi! I already have the base game on PS (through game sharing), but since PS store is unavailable for my main PS account, the one I play from, I can't buy the deluxe pack. My PS and my Steam accounts are both connected to one Bungie profile. So I was thinking: can I buy the deluxe edition on Steam, log in once to claim my deluxe rewards, and then request a refund just for the base through Steam game without losing my deluxe goodies on PS? I really want to buy the deluxe pack, and I'm ready to go to great lengths to do so, as you can see. Please help me give you money!
