Glitchy lines on Thermal Scope

- Description of Issue - While using Thermal Scope some horizontal or vertical lines (like grid lines) that are not there become visible.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - March of 9th and 13th. On Perimeter (this may apply to other maps). 20 and 14 minutes on the clock. Time doesn't seem important to this issue.
- Reproduce Image 1, 2, 3, 4
- Load into Perimeter with a thermal scope attached.
- Stay on the west side of south entrance of Data Wall.
- Look at the orange pipe exit, look at the rocky walls.
- Reproduce Image 5
- Load into Perimeter with a thermal scope attached.
- Stay on the ridge overlooking the infected building on Columns.
- Look at the infected building.
