UESC can push you to your death during the matter transfer animation when exfiling

  I just had this happen to me on outpost.

  during exfil animation when you can't move, I was meleed by one of the UESC commander bots and launched off the map and killed by a death barrier before the animation completed. Exfil count down had ended I couldn't move and even still had time left on the Rooks signal mask. I died just before the "run completed" popped up.
