Self revive is glitched

I'm on Playstation and every single time I pick a self revive and go to use it it doesn't register that I have one so It thinks I'm giving up. it has happened 15 times or more I'm sick of it. It has never happened to my friends from other platforms

    Thanks for reporting this. I'm really sorry to hear your Self-Revives have been glitching out when using them.
