Dying instantly without being downed
I have been killed a few times now where I just instantly die versus becoming downed. Is this an intended mechanic?

Thanks for reporting this. Would you be able to reproduce this instance where your Runner dies immediately, and capture a video of it so I can take a closer look? Please upload your video to a public hosting platform like YouTube or Imgur and share a link here.

I am not able to reproduce it but I can capture it if/when it happens again and share a link.
I also have died when completing a self-revive on 2 separate occasions as well - both with no explanation for death, in complete cover and death occured exactly upon revive completion.

Regarding your self-revive, do you have any additional info you could share on this? Has it happened on a specific Runner Shell, in one particular map or area? If you've noticed any trend with this issue, please let me know here so I can escalate this to the devs. If you manage to get a video of that as well, it would be really appreciated!

I was playing as Triage on Cryo Archive during one the instances of the self-revive killing me - but I just had it happen again as Vandal on Perimeter.
I wasn't in any of the same locations any of the times it happened that I can recall.

I must admit, losing a lot of progression due to a bug/crash on several occasions has me quite frustrated with the game. I very much hope these things get fixed.
