Game Shuts Off Xbox Randomly

Date of Issue: Started happening shortly after purchasing from March 20, 2026 - Present
This game has been randomly shutting down my Xbox mid match. Completely powers down then I have to unplug it before even being able to turn it back on. It even does it while i am sitting on the menu screen sometimes. Very frustrating for a game where you lose all your items if you die. Made it pretty much unplayable after I enjoyed the first few days. Tested other games like Halo Infinite and Battlefield after and Xbox never shut off after extended playtime. This is the only game that has ever caused this.
I reinstalled onto storage expansion unit rather than internal storage and even cleared my Xbox’s cache. Problem continued. Would love to keep playing but would also love a refund if this keeps up.

This is still happening btw. Even after the most recent patch. Tested with other games and it doesn't happen.
