Stuck bug in Panapticon in Cryo Archive.

Stuck under one of the pillars that rise up and down on the frozen side of panopticon, could not get out from under at all, please try to fix it where if a loot bag is right next to one of the pillars, please do not push a player underneath it. I would really like if I could get refunded my loot because this is actually just a horrible bug and it ruined a really good key run because of this bug.
