Thief Prime ability not going on cooldown

Description of Issue - Sometimes after using thief's pickpocket drone it will be immediately usable again instead of going on cool-down
Rough Date and Time of issue - Mar 18, 2026 around 10:26 PM
Repro steps - It seems to happen only if it times out naturally while you are not actively controlling it. To reproduce try using Thief's Prime ability then leave drone view and wait for it to time out naturally.
