Game Crashed on Cryo Twice, lost loot to time running out

Title. I was wrapping up a great run on Cryo, activated an exfil, all ready to roll. My game had already crashed once during this match, but I managed to return and our team made an incredible comeback. After activating the exfil, my game crashed a second time in the same match. It took forever to load up the game again, and by the time I was back, even running top speed as vandal to the exfil, there simply wasn't enough time to make it. The exfil closed, we were nowhere near final exfil, and we died unnecessarily.

I have a screenshot of my inventory that I took as I realized we weren't getting out. I just want these items back, especially the items that get sold for codex entries. I play for the lore and collecting as much of it, and it's incredibly frustrating to lose it because of something out of my control.

I don't see where I can upload this screenshot, but please return these items I earned and would have successfully exfilled without two crashes.
