Successfully exfilled on Outpost but my entire loadout was empty when I got back to menu

I used an exfil on Outpost during the last minute of the match. I was downed by a UESC commander with 3 seconds left about 2 feet from the ring. I crawled in as it teleported me away. I had at least 3/4 of my DBNO time left as that happened so I know I wasn’t killed. It did the successful teleportation animation. I skipped through the menus not even looking and was going to drop right back in and saw I had an empty loadout. There was no thief drone. If there was, the runner would have missed the final exfil while piloting it anyways, so it couldn’t have been that. And I didn’t see all my items dropping on the ground. I literally had nothing If it was a Thief drone… the fact that you guys made an ability that would allow a player to steal EVERY hard earned item out of another players bag at the last second during an exfil… that’s BS I really hope that’s not what happened But this was my 3rd massive solo loss in a row going in fully kitted out… and it hurt. Blue backpack, blue shield, purple WSTR There was not a doubt in my mind I had successfully exfilled… so I want to know what happened to my items I thought you guys had a support system where players could report a bug or server issue and you guys could review the match and could return lost items if it was in fact a server side issue Instead I spend an hour trying to figure out how to contact Bungie support just to find out you don’t have any type of ticket system, email, or phone number All you had were these forums for reporting bugs And I see a lot of the responses from Bungie “support” in these forum posts when people lose items, and it seems like you guys don’t even have a way to look into a specific incident so people can be given their items back. Just… “sorry bro, just make sure you screen record next time it happens. Not to give you your items back, just to use the footage for replicating the bug” I want my earned loot back. It took a lot of time and effort to earn the items I brought in. It took me time to collect the loot that match. And it’s going to take a lot more time and luck to gain all that stuff back… not to mention the fear of this happening again Is my time worth anything to you guys? There’s no reason to have to be so stringent about restoring items. You have the backend data. You should have an option at the main menu Settings tab to report a loss of items. I know Bungie has the ability to return lost loadouts during server issues because it says you do. So what are the options here? Also… another bug I am experiencing is with every other guarded exfil something happens where I am downed in the ring waiting for 10 second timer to tick down to exfil, and I am randomly killed by a UESC even though my DBNO timer is only 1/2 or 3/4 of the way filled I’ve lost so much to bugs And when I only solo exfil 1 out of every 10 times anyways, i can sometimes go 20 matches without a successful exfil. It’s ridiculous I even keep playing this game Long rant. But this is what happens when I can’t actually reach a customer rep
