bug Report: Movement input stops working randomly

I've noticed when people load in at the start of a match there's this brief period of immobility sometimes. I believe its to make sure 100% of players are connected before anyone takes off so there's no advantages.

However once ever like 30-40 matches the movement hold will not disable for me. For my friends it will, but for me it will not. Alt tabbing does not fix the issue. Only restarting the game fixes, the issue

 

You can imagine how this could be a serious problem loading in with decent gear.
