Extract bug on Cryo

Unable to carry out a scan from the pads on the walls, you could interact with it but nothing pinged on the map. Spent 5 minutes frantically running around looking for the call in terminal finding it with only a minute spare and unfortunately at that point our fates had already been sealed. This is the second time this has happened to me but yesterday I thought we were doing something wrong as we were still figuring it all out. Please help.
